RULES AND REGULATIONS

All Loto-Québec lotteries are governed by legislative regulations, which can be found in the Gazette officielle du Québec and on the Government of Québec's Publications du Québec Web site. These regulations can also be accessed via the Conditions of Use page on Loto-Québec's Portal.

Instant Lottery:

Regulation approved by Order-in-Council 2219-81 dated August 19, 1981, modified March 26, 1992.

Confirming Prizes:

A winning ticket must be confirmed by means of its verification number. In order to claim a prize, you must always present your ticket.

A ticket that is illegible, damaged, modified, counterfeited, cut incorrectly or printed incorrectly, or which is found to contain production errors or other defects, will be deemed invalid unless Loto-Québec ascertains, by means of the verification number, that the ticket does in fact entitle its bearer to the prize being claimed.

You can claim your prize by following the instructions on the back of your ticket. For more information, please refer to the Claiming a Prize section of the Lotteries Web site.
